National Volunteer Week 2021

It's National Volunteer Week, and we would like to thank our Volunteers who deliver so much more than just a meal. Our Volunteers are the lifeblood of our organisation, and without them, Meals on Wheels would cease to exist in the form it is today.

Started by the community, for the community, our Volunteers are at the heart of our community on a daily basis. From delivering meals, to providing social contact, and reducing loneliness amongst some of the most Vulnerable members of the community, our Volunteers are invaluable and continue to step up and deliver connection, care and wholesome nourishment.
